A short, low-commitment call to check whether you and a Local are a good fit before booking a full session. Think of it as the "do we click?" step.

You pay one small, symbolic fee for a batch of intro calls. If the first Local is not the right fit, you can use the remaining calls in that batch with other Locals at no extra cost. Each intro call must be with a different Local.

The fee keeps introductions genuine and reduces no-shows. It is not a charge for the Local’s time — Locals are not paid for intro calls.

Full sessions are priced by each Local and shown clearly before you book. There is no fixed platform price — you choose the Local and package that suit your needs and budget.

Payments are handled securely through our payment provider. Delbazi never stores your card details.

Yes. You can cancel eligible bookings from your dashboard and the Local is notified automatically. Refund eligibility for paid sessions follows the cancellation policy shown at checkout.

Yes. Every Local profile goes through a review before it appears, and we can request changes, decline, or suspend a profile at any time to keep quality high.
