We collect only what we need to run the service:

We use your information to create and secure your account, match movers with suitable Locals, enable bookings, payments, and messaging, send you notifications about your activity, provide support, and keep the platform safe and working as intended.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you without human involvement.

We share information only as needed to operate the service. This includes our payment provider (to process payments securely), Google (if you choose to sign in with Google), and infrastructure providers that host the platform. Locals and movers also see the profile details and messages you choose to share with them.

We store a small amount of data in your browser (including sign-in tokens) so that you stay logged in and the platform works smoothly. This is essential to using an authenticated account. You can clear this data through your browser at any time, though doing so will sign you out.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data, except where we are required to keep certain records (for example, for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons).

We protect your account with industry-standard measures, including hashed passwords and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so we also ask that you keep your login credentials private and let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access.
