Terms of Service

Welcome to Delbazi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Delbazi platform, which connects people relocating to Dubai ("movers") with local mentors and advisors ("mentors" or "advisors"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Delbazi.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Mentor profiles are reviewed before they appear in the marketplace. Delbazi may approve, request changes to, decline, or suspend a profile at its discretion.

Movers can book sessions with mentors through the platform. Prices for full sessions are set by each mentor and shown before checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider; Delbazi does not store your card details.

When a paid session is completed, the mentor receives a payout for that session, less the platform service fee shown at checkout.

An intro call is a short, low-commitment call that lets a mover check whether they and a mentor are a good fit before booking a full session.

A mover pays a single small fee for a batch of intro calls. If the first mentor isn’t the right fit, the remaining intro calls in that batch can be used with other mentors at no extra cost. Each intro call in a batch must be with a different mentor, and the number of intro calls per fee is capped. The fee exists to keep intro calls genuine — it is not a charge for the mentor’s time.

By offering services on Delbazi, mentors agree to the following in addition to the rest of these Terms:

Movers and mentors can cancel eligible bookings from their dashboard; the other party is notified. Refund eligibility for paid sessions follows the cancellation policy shown at checkout.

Intro call fees are non-refundable once any intro call in the batch has taken place.

You agree to use Delbazi respectfully and lawfully. Do not harass other users, misrepresent yourself, attempt to take payments off-platform to avoid fees, or use the platform for anything illegal. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these Terms.

Delbazi is a marketplace that connects movers and mentors. Advice shared by mentors is their own and is provided for general guidance; it is not professional legal, financial, or immigration advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delbazi is not liable for the actions, advice, or content of users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the date below. Continued use of Delbazi after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
