Terms of Service

Welcome to Delbazi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Delbazi platform, which connects people relocating to Dubai ("movers") with verified Dubai residents ("Locals"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Delbazi.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Local profiles are reviewed before they appear in the marketplace. Delbazi may approve, request changes to, decline, or suspend a profile at its discretion.

Movers can book sessions with Locals through the platform. Package prices for full sessions are set by each Local and shown before checkout. Delbazi adds a service fee of 10% of the package price at checkout, rounded to the nearest whole US dollar. The fee is always shown before you pay.

For each completed paid session, the Local earns 80% of the package price they set. Delbazi keeps the remaining 20% as commission, together with the mover service fee. Example: on a package priced at $100, the mover pays $110 and the Local earns $80.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Charges are currently in US dollars (USD). Delbazi does not store your card details.

Delbazi collects payment on the platform. Local earnings for completed paid sessions are recorded by Delbazi and paid out by Delbazi according to the Local agreement and the amounts shown in the Local’s payout records. Automatic split payouts to Locals are not yet enabled.

Delbazi can change the service fee and the commission rate. A change applies only to bookings made after the change. The amounts recorded on a completed booking do not change.

An intro call is a short, low-commitment call that lets a mover check whether they and a Local are a good fit before booking a full session.

A mover pays a single small fee for a batch of intro calls. If the first Local isn’t the right fit, the remaining intro calls in that batch can be used with other Locals at no extra cost. Each intro call in a batch must be with a different Local, and the number of intro calls per fee is capped. The fee exists to keep intro calls genuine — it is not a charge for the Local’s time.

By offering services on Delbazi, Locals agree to the following in addition to the rest of these Terms:

Movers and Locals can cancel eligible bookings from their dashboard; the other party is notified.

For paid full sessions: if you cancel online at least 24 hours before the scheduled start, you receive a full refund of the amount you paid (package price plus service fee). Online cancellation closes less than 24 hours before the session; contact support for exceptions.

Unpaid checkout sessions that are abandoned or expire are cancelled without a charge.

Intro call fees are non-refundable once payment is completed. You may still cancel an unused intro booking so the slot is freed, but the intro purchase itself is not refunded.

Card network and payment-processing fees charged by Stripe are not returned to Delbazi when a refund is issued. That cost is borne by Delbazi, not added back to the mover as a separate charge on a successful refund.

You agree to use Delbazi respectfully and lawfully. Do not harass other users, misrepresent yourself, attempt to take payments off-platform to avoid fees, or use the platform for anything illegal. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these Terms.

Delbazi is a marketplace that connects movers and Locals. Advice shared by Locals is their own and is provided for general guidance; it is not professional legal, financial, or immigration advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delbazi is not liable for the actions, advice, or content of users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the date below. Continued use of Delbazi after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
